Description

A tabla hook is a tool used for tensioning the straps on both tablas and bayas during reheading or pulling of the drum. It allows for more efficient balancing of the straps while helping to avoid both bloodied fingers and bad backs. Highly recommended!

This tool has been used at our store for more than 20 years.Please note each item is handmade. Photographs and videos are for representation purposes and the designs/colors can vary. You should get one too.

    Had no problems getting the item, and the staff were considerate in refunding some of the cost of shipping when it ended up being less than anticipated. I haven't needed to retune my tabla yet so I can't speak to the efficacy of the hook, but looks nice!
