One of the string broke after 2 days and tried to tie the string again but the quality was poor that it broke again from the middle.

Count on these guys for quality!!!

So I initially received a sitar as a christmas present about a year ago. The sitar actually came promptly, but the main tumba has a massive gash in it, indicative of improper packing methods. DO NOT BUY from anywhere that does not specialize in sitars. After returning the first one, I spent countless hours searching and comparing price, quality, and reviews on sitars. Musician's mall stood out to me after I watched a video on their packing methods. After a short conversation (highly recommend calling before ordering to know exactly what you're looking for in a sitar!) I decided on this one. The packing was perfect! The sound of the sitar is wonderful, and it stays in tune very well. I did notice immediately that it is very sensitive to humidity, however it is very easy to tune with the fine tuning beads on the bottom four strings. One note on quality, I noticed that one of the frets has a small imperfection in the metal that is noticeable when bending the melody string. Quickly solved by gently sanding it away. TL;DR: Better than the other guys, buy your sitar here!

It is just what I expected a great and beautiful instrument! I am looking forward to making music while learning how to play it. It was priced well and arrived in great shape because it was so well packed for shipping. I shopped around and decided that the Musician's Mall would be the best place to buy a sitar. I am glad I did and consider myself a very satisfied customer. I happily recommend Musician's Mall to all.
