Description

A large handcrafted rain tower. Tilt it and the filling inside travels the length of the tube, producing a long, even wash of falling rain that fades slowly rather than stopping.

The larger body gives a longer, deeper pour than the small tower, so there is more time between the first sound and the last. It is used in sound baths, meditation and sound-therapy sessions, in film and theatre sound work, and by percussionists who want an open, unpitched texture.

Each rain tower is made by hand, so grain, finish and colour vary from piece to piece. Photographs are for representation.
