Description

This is a two piece sarode from one of Kolkata's respected makers. Made from tun wood, it is modeled after a Hemen sarode. The action and balance are quite nice.

A very nice entry level sarode, this instrument is also good enough to be a concert instrument.

This price includes a $15 packing fee.

    Sarod

I recently purchased a Sarod from them, as with my previous purchases the staff were knowledgable, professional. Anyone who tries to purchase instruments online from India is taking a big gamble, when you purchase from Musicians Mall you are assured that you will recieve a quality instrument thats been inspected and set up , allowing you to start learning or playing without issues due to poor quality.

    Excellent Sarod!

The fine folks at Musician's Mall answered my questions and helped me replace a broken string, really happy with the customer service. The Sarod itself is terrific, I feel very blessed to play it every day. It's my first experience with a Sarod and so I don't have anything to compare it to but I do know quality and I've played various instruments for years and this model is well constructed and plays beautifully. Highly recommended!!!

I love this instrument! It's everything I expected it to be for the price. It's easy to play, and the tonality of the instrument is very expressive. This was my second purchase of an instrument from Musicians Mall this year. Great service! Anthony
