A true vintage 1975 #2 sitar from Radha Krishna Sharma. This kharaj/pancham style sitar has an interesting history. it is being sold by the original owner. It was ordered from Radha Krishna Sharma by Dr. Peter Row in 1975. The original owner later had the opportunity to meet Nodu Mullick, who made and setup many of Ravi Shankar's sitars. Mullick did some fine tuning to the frets and pegs and gave the jawari a more open Ravi Shankar sound, which it retains to this day. In overall very nice condition for its age, solid and easy to play.
