Instruments for drone, meditation and sound work. Surpetis — shruti boxes — in two and three octave ranges, tuned to A440 or A432, from our own workshop and from Paloma; hand-beaten singing bowls in six, six-and-a-half and seven inch sizes with cushion and striker; Nataraj steel tongue drums from eight to sixteen inches in pentatonic, Akebono and Dorian tunings; Chirp handpans; and our rain towers.
A surpeti gives a continuous reed drone with nothing to retune between sessions, which is why it turns up as often in a sound bath as in a practice room. Everything here is checked and tuned before it ships.
