Paul and Co. harmoniums are widely considered among the best. Superior keyboard action and quick response enable the fast runs that are necessary for the accompaniment of Classical Music and Ghazal. Good tone and sustain make them desirable for vocalists of all genres. There are many other reputable brands made in Kolkata like Pakrashi, Geetanjali and many more. Paul babu has been making great harmoniums consistently for the past 20-30 years. We have seen a difference in the quality with the other makers and hence stopped keeping them.
WARNING - there are many fake Pauls around these days. Ours are guaranteed straight from Paul and Co. in Kolkata.
Measures 25 1/2 by 15 1/2 by 10 1/2 and folds up into a suitcase style box measuring 25 1/2 by 15 1/2 by 8 inches and weighing 42 pounds.

I love this store. I used to visit the San Rafael location before they relocated to Berkeley. The people working at the store are very warm and welcoming very knowledgeable about the instrumentan the products are top notch. My to go person for repairs has always been Kalyan, one of coolest person and experienced in instrument repairs. I will continue to support this store and recommend to every musician in need of quality instruments.

Recently I have bought this Harmonium from this store and I am very happy the way they have addressed my concerns before and after the sale. They took the utmost care in delivering a beautiful product on time. We reviewed the product before packing, over face time and also they helped me with tips after the sale. I have to say, this kind of customer care is impossible to get from any other Indian store. It rivals the kind of service you expect from an apple store. I was also very impressed the way the harmonium was packed. It had 3 layers of packaging materials protecting it, with clear handling instructions . It came in in the perfect condition. The store has good/ experienced staff willing to help. I wish them much success in the future.
