This sitar is 44 inches long, 12 1/2 inches across the tabli (face) at its widest and 3 inches deep. It comes with a padded vinyl bag, a string set and mizrabs.
This price includes a $25 packing fee and a $10 insurance fee.

The head machines for the main strings are a great feature. Acoustically it is quieter than a traditional sitar but the sound is good. The pickup sounds good especially with a bass amp.

I own a traditional travel sitar. Now I travel with this sitar. It sounds awesome on the speakers and it is pretty loud enough for regular play.
