Made by the popular Miraj maker, this sitar has a very full sound. It is set up in the Gandhar Pancham style (no bass strings and an extra chikari string), and decorated in the typical austere style associated with these sitars. 

This sitar is 47 inches long and 3 inches deep in the main body. It uses gear tuners for the 6 main strings and the traditional friction pegs for the 12 sympathetics. It comes with a padded vinyl bag.
